Shipping of Products

Shipping of our products is done with various transport companies that we cooperate with, all over Greece or after the suggestion of the customer with the transport company of his preference. In any case, shipment of our products is made after communication with the customer, with which shipping company we will send them and what will be the shipping charge. The customer pays the cost of transportation to the transport company when he deliver his products.

Our headquarters is in Alexandria, Imathia. We take our products to Thessaloniki with our trucks, without any charge to the customer and from there we distribute them to all transport companies to be sent throughout Greece. Shipping charges to our customers are from Thessaloniki to their area, where they want to deliver.

In case of full availability, your order will be shipped within 24-48 hours. In case a product is not available immediately, we will call you within 24 hours to inform you of any delays. Statistically, what you see available on our page is 95% correct and immediately available for shipping.

Apifonda.com.gr cooperates with many transport companies that distribute throughout Greece or with any transport company the customer wishes. Inland areas deliveries are made within 24-72 hours from the day of shipment. As you understand it is impossible to be responsible for all deliveries throughout Greece, but we are at your disposal, to intervene in any issue you may encounter and to serve you as promptly as possible.
